Centuric LLC is committed to ensuring that MyCyberHub.ai is accessible to people with disabilities. We design and develop our website to meet recognized accessibility standards and continue to improve the user experience for everyone.

Conformance Status

The Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, published by the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C), define the international standard for web accessibility. MyCyberHub.ai is designed to be partially conformant with WCAG 2.1 Level AA. Partial conformance means that some parts of the content do not fully meet the accessibility standard while we continue our remediation work.

Measures Taken

Centuric has taken the following measures to ensure accessibility of MyCyberHub.ai:

• Semantic HTML structure with proper headings, landmarks, and document outline
• Keyboard navigation support throughout the site, including a "Skip to main content" link
• Visible focus indicators on all interactive elements
• Form fields with associated labels, required-field indicators, and live error announcements
• Alternative text and ARIA attributes for non-text content
• Color contrast meeting WCAG AA standards (4.5:1 for normal text, 3:1 for large text)
• Captioned and transcribed video content where applicable
• Respect for the user's prefers-reduced-motion setting — animations and transitions are disabled when requested
• Responsive layouts that work across screen sizes and zoom levels up to 200 percent
• Internal accessibility review using automated tools (axe DevTools, Lighthouse) and manual testing

Compatible Assistive Technologies

MyCyberHub.ai is designed to be compatible with the following assistive technologies:

• NVDA and JAWS screen readers on Windows
• VoiceOver on macOS and iOS
• TalkBack on Android
• Keyboard-only navigation in all major browsers
• Browser zoom up to 200 percent

The site is tested on the latest versions of Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, Microsoft Edge, and Apple Safari.

Known Limitations

Despite our best efforts, some areas of the site may not yet be fully accessible. Known limitations:

• Some decorative animations may persist briefly before prefers-reduced-motion overrides apply
• Video on this site does not yet include closed captions; a written summary is provided and we are working to add captions in the next revision
• PDF documents linked from this site (if any) may not be fully accessible; please request an alternative format if needed
